Shipping Policy
- Dr. Ortho Orthotic Range bought during the period of "Payday Sale, Month-end Sale, Special Offer Sale, Festive Offer Sale, Black Friday Sale, FREE MOVIE TICKETS Sale, or any kind of sale" will not be eligible for return/replace/refund.
- We at Dr. Ortho Store ship our products pan India.
- Minimum order value should be above Rs. 100.
- Cash on Delivery available for orders from Rs. 100 to Rs. 2000.
- A minimum fee of Rs. 49 on COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will have to be paid by the customer. And no delivery fee will be charged on the prepaid orders all over India.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, an advance payment of ₹49 is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance amount will be collected at the time of delivery. The advance payment of ₹49 is non-refundable in case of order cancellation, refusal of delivery, or RTO (Return to Origin) orders.
- Order above 2000/- will be accepted on prepaid payments only.
- Orders placed after Saturday 5:00 PM will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays or upcoming working days.
- The estimate delivery time may vary slightly from State to State & Metro to Non-Metro City. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Sundays & Holidays.

If you receive any product in broken or damaged condition or if you have received any wrong product in the place of which had ordered, for its return and exchange, you can call/ mail/ message us on the given contact details. Dr. Ortho provides 2-3 day of validity to get your goods returned after the delivery is done. But, if you fail to inform us about the same at the specified time limit, no refund/ replace/ return will be processed.
