Shipping & Return Policy

  • Products are shipped from our warehouse, M/S DEERGHAYURVEDA, located in Ambala, via reputed courier agencies.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 working days.
  • For locations in difficult coverage zones, delivery may take 10-12 days.

How the Shipping of Products Takes Place?

  • After placing an order, the pick-up is scheduled for further processing within 1-2 days.
  • If the order is placed on weekends or holidays, it will be processed on the next working day.
  • We do not ship products on Sundays and Saturdays after 4:00 PM.
  • After shipping, customers receive a tracking link on registered whatsapp number and email address.
  • Delivery typically takes 5-7 days from the date of order placement, depending on the customer's location.
  • The estimate delivery time may vary slightly from State to State & Metro to Non-Metro City. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Sundays & Holidays.
  • Orders to tribal and rural areas may take longer, and customers are requested to allow additional time for delivery.
  • If delivery exceeds the estimated time, customers can contact Dr. Ortho via email, phone, or live chat for assistance.

Shipment Speed and Delivery Charges

  • We at Dr. Ortho ship our products pan India.
  • Minimum order value should be above Rs. 100.
  • A minimum shipping fee of Rs. 49/- will be levied on orders below Rs. 449/-.
  • Cash on Delivery available for orders from Rs. 200 to Rs. 2000.
  • Order above 2000/- will be accepted on prepaid payments only.

Cancellation Policy after placing the Order

  • Orders cannot be canceled if the request is made after 24 hours of placing the order.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Dr. Ortho strives to offer the best shopping experience but does not accept returns of:
    • Used products or opened seal
    • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, labels, or price tags.
    • Requests made outside the allowed return/exchange time period.
  • Dr. Ortho is not responsible for any damage caused after product delivery.
  • For any quality issues with delivered products, you can contact customer care at +91 82956-48888 or email info@drorthooil.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customers are eligible for an exchange if the product is delivered in a broken or damaged condition (damages after delivery are not exchangeable).
  • Exchange requests will be considered only if notified within 3 days of delivery.
  • If you fail to notify us within this time frame, no refund, replacement, or return will be processed. 
  • Once we receive the returned product, the refund process will be initiated. 
  • Refunds typically take 3-5 working days to reflect in the customer’s account. 

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy during Sale/Special offers

Dr. Ortho Orthotic Products, ordered during the period of "Payday Sale, Month-end Sale, Special Offer Sale, Festive Offer Sale, Black Friday Sale, Freedom Sale, FREE MOVIE TICKETS Sale, or any kind of different sales" will not be eligible for return/replace/refund.

Any purchased good would be eligible for return/replace/refund only if fulfills the following conditions…. 

  • Sold/ delivered in physically damaged condition
  • Any missing part or accessory
  • Product is not used
  • Product packaging is not opened
  • Once we receive the returned product, the refund process will be initiated.
  • Refunds typically take 3-5 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.

Important Points need to be considered for the whole process:

  • We can exchange or return any product if the received item is unused, intact, saleable and in an undamaged condition with original packaging and receipt.
  • Return and exchange requests will be subjected to checking and inspection by Dr. Ortho Team.
  • The product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.
  • Postage & shipping will not be refunded.
  • Once your request accompanied with return or exchange or refund is accepted, the further process can take 7-21 working days to get it complete.
