Healthy joints are necessary to run, walk, jump, play, and perform other daily activities.  Every movement whether it’s bending, turning, lifting, standing or sitting all are controlled by joints. Foods such as papaya, broccoli, strawberries, pineapple, orange, meat, cheese, eggs, almonds, whole grains, and beans are good choice to take.

 

Wear the Right Shoes  :
